Karishma Tanna, the actress from Indian tv and films, faced a wardrobe malfunction when her green shirt button failed. The actress was getting papped by paparazzi when she came out of her car and didn’t notice that her shirt button was not done properly. The actress ended up revealing ample cleavage and bra before she noticed it and fixed her shirt.
