Bollywood’s legendary method actor, Dilip Kumar, once advised another legendary actor, Naseeruddin Shah, to not work in films as at he believed at that moment that children from good families shouldn’t join Bollywood.
It happened in very early days of Naseeruddin Shah’s career and the two legends worked together in Karma but they never talked about the incident. Mughl-e-Azam actor probably wouldn’t remember it and Masoom actor was gracious enough to not remind him of it as well.
